NJTL Tennis Programming

Net Generation

Connect with the new Net Generation platform and connect more people to your program and staff.

We’re here to welcome a new generation of players and help them usher in the next era of tennis. By working with coaches, schools and parents, and offering them the full support of the USTA, we are ready to break new ground on and off the court. The next generation of tennis starts with us.

Coaching Resources

Online coaching resources are available for all providers registered into Net Generation. Be sure to check out your Net Generation home page today!

Interested in hosting a staff training for your coaches and volunteers? Contact our USTA Texas office about setting up an on-court training at least 4 weeks prior to the date of your training for assistance and possible training materials.

Team Events

Team Challenge and Team Tournament are new programs offering low pressure team environments for children of all ages to gain match experience, develop their skills through level based play, and demonstrate good sportsmanship.

Every year USTA and The USTA Foundation host the Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day presented by Hess. It is the largest single-day, grassroots tennis and entertainment event in the world. With chart-topping performers, celebrities, and some of the best tennis players in the game coming together to celebrate the life and values of tennis legend and humanitarian Arthur Ashe this makes Kids’ Day an outstanding event. Hosting a Kids’ Day locally gives our chapters the opportunity to create their own grassroots events for the players to be a part of. We encourage every area to work together in creating a memorable experience for all players. Click on the picture for a list of this year’s Kids’ Days.

Excellence Teams

Sometimes, all kids need is a chance.

Do you have high performing players? Excellence Teams ensure the best coaching and resources are available to those kids with the most desire, athletic potential and financial need. Local chapters are encouraged to generate outside funding for sustainability, and kids learn the importance of hard work, grit and graciousness.

To ask about a request for proposal (RFP) or for more information about Excellence Team grants, please send an e-mail to: njtl@usta.com
