How to Register for a Tournament

Want to register for a Future Stars, Challenger, Champ (CMZ) or Super Champ (SCMZ)?

  1. If you are registering for a Challenger, Champ (CMZ), or Super Champ (SCMZ) tournament, go directly to that level’s schedule:

Future Stars | Challenger 2-Day | Challenger 1-Day | Champ (CMZ) | Super Champ (SCMZ)

  2. Once there, click on the Tournament ID number for the tournament for which you would like to register.

  3. At the tournament home page, click the red box next to “Entry Info” titled “Register Now.” Enter your USTA number and complete the steps to finish your registration.

  4. Go back to the tournament home page and make sure your name is listed under the Applicants list. This ensures that the tournament has successfully received your confirmation. You will also receive an email confirmation for your completed registration if it was successful.

Want to register for a Junior Open (Jr.) or a Non-Sanctioned tournament?

  1. Go to the TennisLink tournament search page. If you already know your Tournament’s ID number, you can enter that in the field above and click “Search.”

  2. Once you have reached the Tournaments Advanced Search screen, you have the option to enter any specific parameters regarding tournaments you want to search for. If you want to search for all the tournaments in Texas, select “Texas” for National/Section/District and click “Search.” If you want to search for non-sanctioned tournaments, select “All tournaments” or the “Non-Sanctioned” option to do so.

  3. Once you click “Search,” you will then be able to select any tournament that appears by directly clicking on the name of the tournament.

  4. At the tournament home page, click the red box next to “Entry Info” titled “Register Now.” Enter your USTA number and complete the steps to finish your registration.

  5. Go back to the tournament home page and make sure your name is listed under the Applicants list. This ensures that the tournament has successfully received your confirmation. You will also receive an email confirmation for your completed registration if it was successful.

Having trouble with your registration?

If your registration attempt was unsuccessful, or if you did not receive your email confirmation, try completing the registration process again.  If you encounter an error message indicating that there is a problem with your registration, take a photo or screen shot that clearly shows your current page and the error message – the more information the better.

Please email this photo or screen shot immediately to linkteam@usta.com. Be sure to copy your tournament director and the USTA Texas Director of Junior Tennis, Julio Godreau (godreau@texas.usta.com), in this email as well. The subject of the email should be "Tournament Registration Error – [Name of Player and USTA Number]."
